Nestled in the Hongdae area of Seoul is the famous Hello Kitty Cafe. Let me begin by saying that the pictures do the cafe no justice. This place is dope if you are a Hello Kitty fan. Straight up. It’s like a Hello Kitty crackhouse for Hello Kitty crackies. When you walk in, you are immediately engulfed by Hello Kitty. From the wall cut outs, to the seats, to the bathroom, EVERYTHING is Hello Kitty. Everything is pink and cutesy. It’s everything you would expect and then some.
Finding the cafe wasn’t too difficult.
There really isn’t much to do here besides eat. It can get really crowded so expect the worst but hope for the best, if you go. It’s really a unique cafe to see and even if you only spend 10 mins there, just swing by to say you seen it and done it. If you have a girl as into Hello Kitty as mine is, just seeing her smile is good enough, so why not?
